About this house rental
Absorb the beauty of this expansive home and exquisite panoramic view of Nauset Estuary. From the private association boat ramp, (yellow arrow on overhead photo) launch one of the provided inflatable kayaks or the canoe to explore Town Cove, Nauset Harbor, Snow Shore, or the warm white sand of Nauset's Outer Beach. The private association beach (other yellow arrow on overhead photo) is about 300 feet away where you can enjoy the provided beach chairs and relaxation in the sun with your toes in the salt water. Unwind on the grand deck or in one of the two water facing family rooms to watch the sun settle in for the evening. The first floor holds the bright kitchen, dining space, and the main family room with 42" TV. There is a pristine foyer delicately decorated with unique treasures collected by the homeowner. There are two primary bedrooms on this floor each with king beds, en suite bathrooms (one with a walk in shower, the other with a walk in shower and a jetted tub), and 42" TV's. There is a half bath just off the foyer and a set of stairs to the second floor featuring a large bunk room with 5 twin beds. The lower level wrapped in water facing windows offers a second family room with 42" TV and adjacent wet bar/kitchenette, two bedrooms (one king, one queen), and a full bath with tub. Both lower level bedrooms now offer AC wall units! There is driveway parking for four cars. Nauset Beach is less than a mile from this home. There is an elliptical in the home for guest use as well! **House available for 3 night minimums with an added cleaning fee. Weekly rentals include the cleaning fee** An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Wonderful house that was able to accommodate our large family comfortably. House was very well stocked with kitchen items as well as beach equipment. We loved the location and walked to the beach almost every day. The home is older but in good condition and the view really can't be beat.

I would recommend this home for a big Family or group. If you have never rented a house in Cape Cod, you might be interested in knowing that the home does not provide Bathing towels or linens. Be sure and get a Linen Package. It's easy to get. You call the Linen service and tell them the dates of your stay and they deliver and pick up. The home doesn't have Air Conditioning down stairs. Lots of windows, so you don't need cool air most of the time. When we stayed it was unseasonably warm and we wish we had cool air. Other than that, we loved our stay and would love to stay again.

My family rented 31 Deer Run for the second time this summer. Once again, it was a near-perfect vacation experience. The house is big and comfortable enough that our three daughters and their husbands have their own space. There's a lovely swimming salt-water pond down the road for a morning swim, and magnificent Nauset Beach a quarter mile west. Lunch and cocktails on the deck overlooking all this beauty. Hard to ask for more.
