This beautiful 1800’s Captain’s House was more than just an excellent vacation rental, it was a taste of history! But with all the modern comforts you could want. The private backyard is truly huge, and the beach access spectacular. Management provided great communication and service. Highly recommended!

This rental property is located within walking distance to Nauset Beach. The home has a large screened in porch off the Dining Room where you could overlook the expansive yard and listen to the waves crashing on the beach right down the road. The kitchen is small, but functional, with updated appliances. Also, the grill was in close proximity to the kitchen, on the back patio. The Living Room was very comfortable, and had a lot of natural light. We loved all the Hydrangea bushes surrounding the property.
The bedrooms were on the smaller side and did not have closets, but an armoire was available in each. The upstairs porch was a favorite spot to sit in the morning and read a book, or look at the stars in the evening. 25 Nauset Heights Rd. is a charming residence in a great location.
