This beautiful 1800’s Captain’s House was more than just an excellent vacation rental, it was a taste of history! But with all the modern comforts you could want. The private backyard is truly huge, and the beach access spectacular. Management provided great communication and service. Highly recommended!

A charming neighborhood and a beautiful backyard. Easy walk to the beach. Unfortunately the smell of mold hits you when you walk in the front door (especially on the hot/humid days of our stay). Host company responded by bringing over a dehumidifier, which only helped a little given the size of the house. Towels were pretty shabby/thin. For 15 you can rent “premium” towels, which we did, and it took three days for them to be delivered. (We were reimbursed though). The house is quite worn in some spots: Stain on the couch cushions, peeling paint in the main stairwell, dirty patio furniture.
