Nestled right across the road from the Guilderton dog beach, this renovated beach shack will be sure to delight!
Combining modern conveniences with multiple outdoor zones, the Gee Spot has been tailored towards families and couples (fluffy included) wishing to enjoy the relaxed Guilderton lifestyle.

Why not wake up to a coffee or a wander to the Cafe, take a swim, explore the many activities in town and surrounding areas or "netflix and chill" on the comfy couch.. With complimentary fast internet (with netflix), indoor and outdoor games and plenty of space, we have everyone covered :)

The space
The Gee Spot has a number of zones.
An outdoor setting out front is perfect to enjoy a morning coffee before a swim.
The Kitchen, lounge and bedrooms are at street level with the bathroom, toilet, laundry and access to the back yard down a flight of sturdy stairs.
Please note the stair hand rail is on the lower side.
Fresh linen is provided to ensure a great nights sleep.
Enjoy the outdoor shower, bbq, second fridge and large under cover area providing protection from the sea breeze. Shed has a number of activities such as ping pong or fuseball or just chill out.
Outdoor hot and cold sink, perfect for an easy clean after a bbq or successful fishing adventure across the road.
Please note the property is not fenced.
Guest access
Parking is available at the front of the Gee Spot, driveway and in front of the rear double shed. Please do not park at the rear of the property as there are septic tanks.
Please note, access to cleaning storage room downstairs is not available and marked accordingly.
Other things to note:
Please note when viewing sleeping configuration, bedroom 3 is accessed via the bunk bed room as per photos.
With additional shire and government requirements now in force, guest numbers are monitored. Please advice if additional guests will be present prior to commencement of stay.
Winter Wood fire ** Winter use only due to fire restrictions**
Please watch your step as the surrounding around the fire is slightly raised.
Initial supply of fire wood will be provided for your winter break. Additional supplies can be purchased, please send us a note or available from the top shop.
Wood fire is to be used safely and at your own risk

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful property. Communication from the hosts was excellent from start to finish, and we were really touched by the generous welcome gift of wine, chocolate and shortbread – such a thoughtful surprise.The house was clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, making it perfect for families who like to cook. The beach is just a short walk away, there was plenty of outdoor space for the kids to enjoy, and they absolutely loved the table tennis table in the shed.A couple of small things to note: The internal doors are very noisy, so we avoided closing them at night because we didn't want to wake anyone when getting up. The shed is a great idea and the table tennis table was a real hit, but it would benefit from a thorough clean as there were quite a few cobwebs and spiders. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to families looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

Stayed at many places in Guilderton over the years, old and new. This place is old on the outside but nicely renovated on the inside. Michael the owner was warm and friendly to communicate with and has clear details of what we can expect. There was a also a lovely surprise when I opened the fridge, some very nice welcoming goodies to start the holiday off on the right spirit. Also enjoyed a few hours at the relatively new Moore River Brewery with my mates. Thanks again Michael, would be happy to stay again at your place.

Michael ensured our stay was awesome. Property was better than descibed. Ideal for two oldies and our labs. Dog treats and a bottle of wine in the fridge was a nice touch. Property well equiped with everything we could possibly need. Great short stay
