Enjoy lake life throughout the seasons with this professionally remodeled, open concept home with stunning sunset views.
Entertaining will be a breeze with two full kitchens, or simply relax in comfort right next to the sandy beach on the covered screen porch. The sand beach and perfect lake bottom will provide hours of entertainment. Winters can be spent cozy-in up to the wood fireplace on the main level or the gas fireplace on the lower level. Conveniently located close to Ottertail, Perham, and public lake access. Don't forget the golf clubs as Thumper Pond is very close.
Bedroom configuration:
The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed, beds 2 & 3 also on the main have 1 queen each, bedroom 4 on the lower level has a queen, and bedroom 5 also on the lower level has two twins and a couch in basement has an additional sleeper sofa. Outdoor hot tub available for additional fee.

Kitchens are equipped with all of the essentials, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, Dish soap, (Bring your own Laundry soap) Water in the home is well water, has been tested, and is safe to drink, we always recommend bringing bottled drinking water if you prefer. Also, recommend bringing firewood. Close to Ottertail where you can get all of the things you need for your stay.

The cleanliness issue we noticed was the inside of the drawers and fridge,freezer. Alot of animal hair under the table and dirt on the headrest of hot tub. The host was great - other than the description when we booked said there was an elevator, the one main reason we booked for our 84 yo mother. The view and lake were amazing!!! The hot tub was super fun. What a great amenity. The no see ums were terrible so it was tough outside but that's everywhere, not just here. Over all the space was perfect for us and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Check-in/check-out details were communicated well before our visit and the property managers were available for questions via the app and text. We enjoyed the clean and family friendly spaces and greatly appreciated the additional amenities like fresh towels of various sizes, many kitchen supplies, and fleece blankets. We really enjoyed the many places to gather throughout the home, inside and out. We had a great time and plan to be back next year.

Rented the house for a get together for the wife. Was very clean and neat (with the exception of the hot tub but they took care of us on that). would definitely recommend!

My husband and I, my 3 adult siblings and their spouses, and our parents all gathered here for Thanksgiving week. The location was right on Ottertail Lake, with beautiful sunsets that I'm sure are even more lovely when it's not frozen. The home was well-appointed with wood-burning and gas fireplaces, comfortable couches and beds (some very low to the ground), and stylish furnishings. The large upstairs and smaller downstairs kitchens came in handy for making a big meal. And we enjoyed playing ping-pong in the heated garage. A few issues noted during our stay: 1) Another family showed up a hour after us, saying they'd booked the place through another rental listing company. The manager told them he'd find them another place to stay. 2) The hot tub didn't heat properly so wasn't usable; the manager later refunded the hot tub fee. 3) The dishwasher was not bolted in place and tipped out of the cabinet, and some lights were out on the deck and over the stove; the manager sent someone to fix these things while we were there. 4) The place was tidy but in need of a deep cleaning (cobwebs in the corners, dirty light fixtures and vents, soiled oven floors, and some very full fly traps dangling over the island and dining table that we had to remove). 5) Though the kitchen had lots of basic gear and small appliances, it lacked wine glasses, cutlery, and silverware (4 butterknives for 10 adults). Thankfully, we brought our own chef's knife and some plastic utensils.
