Entertaining will be a breeze with two full kitchens, or simply relax in comfort right next to the sandy beach on the covered screen porch. The sand beach and perfect lake bottom will provide hours of entertainment. Winters can be spent cozy-in up to the wood fireplace on the main level or the gas fireplace on the lower level. Conveniently located close to Ottertail, Perham, and public lake access. Don't forget the golf clubs as Thumper Pond is very close.
Bedroom configuration:
The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed, beds 2 & 3 also on the main have 1 queen each, bedroom 4 on the lower level has a queen, and bedroom 5 also on the lower level has two twins and a couch in basement has an additional sleeper sofa. Outdoor hot tub available for additional fee.

Kitchens are equipped with all of the essentials, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, Dish soap, (Bring your own Laundry soap) Water in the home is well water, has been tested, and is safe to drink, we always recommend bringing bottled drinking water if you prefer. Also, recommend bringing firewood. Close to Ottertail where you can get all of the things you need for your stay.

The cleanliness issue we noticed was the inside of the drawers and fridge,freezer. Alot of animal hair under the table and dirt on the headrest of hot tub. The host was great - other than the description when we booked said there was an elevator, the one main reason we booked for our 84 yo mother. The view and lake were amazing!!! The hot tub was super fun. What a great amenity. The no see ums were terrible so it was tough outside but that's everywhere, not just here. Over all the space was perfect for us and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Check-in/check-out details were communicated well before our visit and the property managers were available for questions via the app and text. We enjoyed the clean and family friendly spaces and greatly appreciated the additional amenities like fresh towels of various sizes, many kitchen supplies, and fleece blankets. We really enjoyed the many places to gather throughout the home, inside and out. We had a great time and plan to be back next year.

Rented the house for a get together for the wife. Was very clean and neat (with the exception of the hot tub but they took care of us on that). would definitely recommend!

*This place is top notch!!* I have stayed in about 10, VRBO's across the country, and this listing is by far the most accurate and above my standards. VERY CLEAN, VERY. The flooring throughout was spotless- I can't explain how comfortable this made me feel. The linens, furniture, and dishes spared no expense and I felt as though I was at a 5 star resort. I love clean- and the owners of this place nailed it. Well done. Check-in was a breeze! I can't stand when you have to meet someone and then walk the property for 20-30 minutes all while you're trying to just walk in and relax. Code was given for door lock at this place and that was it, waa-laa. The grounds appeared beautiful and well maintained. Owners definitely aren't afraid to invest in quality. We got to enjoy the sunset on our first evening here, and it was AMAZING! The hot tub was in the perfect place and plenty of space for 2 couples enjoying a weekend together while sipping on a few adult beverages.I could go on an on about how this property impressed me. Full service Wi-Fi, easy access to the public landing to get some ice fishing in, cozy and relaxing, plenty of space, showers and bathrooms were updated; and for a chilly winter weekend, the fire place(s) were to die for! Kitchen appliances, towels, soaps, and accommodations to cook were 5+ stars, this property had it all. (I've cooked in other VRBO's and either grossed out by the kitchen entirely, or it was lacking proper space and utensils- not this place- dream kitchen here!). I had to google address, because under all that snow, I just knew there had to be a sandy beach in front of this place, and YES- there is. I would LOVE to return to utilize that beach :-). I would definitely consider bringing my family back, and even share with another family because there is space for two families here, easily. Full kitchen up and down stairs. We didn't use it, but top of the line washer/dryer on site. No signs of animals or pet hair in sight- LOVE THAT!My single complaint, while inquiring with the property management on VRBO prior to booking, I asked about a particular weekend, and after it was decided I was going to pick this place, the listing went up $11/night after I inquired. I was disappointed that the response was prompt on my other questions, but I was ignored on the email I sent about the price increase. Maybe something the owners should look into with their property manager.
