Enter via steps to an open, nicely furnished and covered front deck, then through the front door into the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. There is beautiful Porcelain tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight and has a pantry and plenty of cabinets and quartz counter space with tile backsplash. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, built-in microwave and refrigerator/freezer with two refrigerator doors and pull-out freezer drawer With ice maker. The water and ice dispenser is located in one of the doors. There is a stainless steel sink with disposal and a coffee maker. A quartz-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side with four bar stools on the dining and living area side. Everything is available to prepare full course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The adjacent dining area has a table seating eight, which flows nicely into the living area with an L-shaped sofa with pull-out bed on one side, accent tables, all on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with large wall-mounted flat screen TV above

This is a beautiful home in a low key private area which is fabulous! The house has been completely updated with all high end features & finishings. The owner is very attentive & quick to respond if you need anything at all. We had a great trip & will be back.

Our host Roy, made our stay more enjoyable. He was always asking and willing to help make our stay better. The rental home interior was wonderful, very clean and modern with amenities. Lots of marble and ceramic tile both inside and outside. We enjoyed the lanai, pool house and pool area that included a nice bbq and sitting area with burning table. Our family enjoyed our experience!

Host was very nice. Lot of marble and granite that's for sure. Seems better in the pictures though. When you get there it's a little disappointing, unfinished construction, not the greatest workmanship. Grounds and landscaping we're neglected. Pool gets filled with leaves everyday. Raccoons walk through the pool area. And there's another small house on the property that people live in. Never saw or heard them so no big deal but just an fyi. Overall was decent but I felt a little scammed by the pictures.
