"We have had another great week at the glen but there were a couple of downsides the radio had disappeared so we had to go out get one and the pedal bin was broken we also noticed a lot of mould around..."

The Glen is a detached, traditional stone holiday cottage ideally situated in the Ystwyth Forest on the historic Hafod Estate. There is a natural water supply. Boil any tap water before drinking.

A travel cot is not provided, however, there is space for guests to bring their own.

The caretaker Mr Aled Pugh can be contacted on 07534 164182/ 07891 943243. Please note the potable water is supplied from a borehole. Unfortunately, this supply is sulphurous which gives the water a cloudy appearance at first and a sulphuric or ‘eggy’ smell. The smell and cloudy appearance will disperse when the water has been left to settle.

Please do not disturb other residents living on the estate

We have had another great week at the glen but there were a couple of downsides the radio had disappeared so we had to go out get one and the pedal bin was broken we also noticed a lot of mould around the windows it could do with a lick of paint apart from that we had a good week and will be coming back again
