Y Bwthyn is a detached cottage on the owners' sheep farm close to the Mid Wales village of Pontrhydfendigaid. The all ground floor cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms, one twin room and two bathrooms. It also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner. Outside is off road parking and a patio area with outdoor furniture. Set in beautiful countryside and just a short drive from the Mid Wales coast, Y Bwthyn is a superb family holiday home in wonderful surroundings. Please note: This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. Between 20th July and 1st September, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies.
Amenities: Air-source central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Patio with veranda, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (to be kept on a lead due to surrounding livestock). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles.

Town: Pontrhydfendigaid is a village between Devil’s Bridge and Tregaron. The village sits on the River Teifi on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains and is home to a local shop and the Red Lion pub.
