Everything was fantastic. The place is absolutely amazing. Edith welcomed us on the first day. The one time I had a small issue, she returned my message promptly and the problem was an internet outage that had nothing to do with the place or management, just an outage in the area which was corrected within 4 hours.

What a great vacation and stay. The condo was absolutely perfect and in a perfect location. We walked the beach and saw how lucky we were by the condominium having its own lounge chairs and beach area. The bedrooms were spacious amd beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed amd AC worked great. It’s a short walk to Walmart for groceries, a ton of restaurants close by. Security was always on duty and you felt extremely safe. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Arrival information was very detailed and helpful. Communication was excellent, never waited long for an answer. Unit was bright, clean and very roomy. Loved sitting on the lanai in the morning while having coffee. Great location, close to all the action but very quiet as well. Pool was sparkling clean and grounds were well maintained. Our local contact, Edith came by a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly and was very helpful about surrounding area (groceries, etc). Edith even arranged our taxi back to the airport on departure day. I would return to this VRBO if I’m ever back in Playa Del Carmen.
