Before arriving, I communicated with the host and she was very welcoming and accommodating. Me and my family arrived early and she let us check in early. Upon walking in and looking around, I was impressed by the cleanliness. I said to myself, I'm going to book this house again. My daughter said that I needed to book this house again when she looked around. Accessing the internet was simple, all appliances worked, and the TVs were easy to work based off the instruction sent to me by the host. If you're looking for a place to stay in or near Palm Coast, I recommend booking this house if it's available.

The property is clean, and like new. Host is very responsive. The towels smelled like mildew and so did the front loading washer. We did a vinegar soak and were able to wash them and get the machine to smell better. Be sure to leave the washer door open.Sheets are microfiber/plastic.

Lovely house - very clean and comfortable - lots of thought has gone in to the presentation, which made it a joy to stay. Very quiet and peaceful; convenient location for Palm Coast highlights. Shirley was a very thoughtful and attentive host - we really enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend.
