Each villa is carefully positioned to provide maximum seclusion, allowing you to fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A private parking area is available for your convenience.

Each floor features:

For your convenience, each floor is fully equipped with:

It is the second year we spend ou summer vacation in Villa Kalamos and it is a paradise on earth! The house is modern, well equiped and the view is just amazing! Having a coffee every morning with this view is just a dream come true.Jerome is amazing, very friendly and takes care of every problem immediately,he is very professional and on top of it an amazing person that we got the chance to get to know those 2 years.

The villa is in a fabulous spot and you can easily spend hours in the pool just watching the boats coming and going.
The villa itself is spacious but we thought it felt a little tired and we experienced a number of issues during our 7 night stay. We had no WiFi for the first three days; water pressure kept dropping and we had no running water for two evenings; the toilet (when we had water) kept over-filling; some of the decking boards had come loose and were a trip hazard; no working lighters for the BBQ; dishwasher never actually cleaned anything; and no cleaner came, even though that was included in the price.
Vaso, from Lefkada Travel though was lovely, friendly, and very helpful, and I know she had a very difficult job, because on top of everything else, we also lost electricity twice (which I realise was outside of anyone’s control)!
