This stunning 3BR oceanview "penthouse" residence offers gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean from an exceptional 7th-floor vantage point, well above the tropical foliage of the Konea Tower interior courtyard. Located only one column back from the oceanfront, your group will be treated to views of the Kaanapali North Beach shoreline that stretch all the way to the iconic Black Rock and beyond!
The prime location is coupled with an expansive 1950 sq ft interior, making Suite 749 one of the finest three-bedroom oceanview residences on offer at Honua Kai. Get swept away by the lovely Maui sky after folding away the glass doors and allowing the interior to blend seamlessly with the outdoors.
This residence affords a perfect opportunity to gather, reconnect, and celebrate. There is ample room to accommodate up to eight guests with a king-size bed in each bedroom, and a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living area. For added flexibility, one of the king-size beds can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge.
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed gourmet chef's kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances and elegant granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance and utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients.

Stay was Good. Kitchen was great. View was fantastic. The only bad part was that bar Stools were not in good condition, the master bedroom mattress was not comfortable, the bed was very squeaky, drain system in the Master shower was not good. After taking a shower, water stayed in the shower and took a long time to drain.Resort was amazing. Whole Condo needs an upgrade furniture-wise.

Our accommodations were okay but need a lot of TLC. They are starting to get run down. Needed to call maintenance a couple of times and some utensils were missing.
Our property manager was excellent and answered our call every time. Views were incredible but need updated deck furniture.

All mattresses are worn out and pillows too. Needs a full set of non-stick cookware. Wouldn't hesitate to go again, but these two things would make a big difference.
