This exquisite three-bedroom oceanview residence offers stunning views of the Pacific from its prime 6th-floor vantage point, well above the tropical foliage of the Konea Tower interior courtyard. Located only one column back from the oceanfront, your group will be treated to views of the Kaanapali North Beach shoreline that stretches all the way to the iconic Black Rock and beyond!
This prime location is coupled with an expansive 1950 sq ft interior, making Suite 649 one of the finest three-bedroom oceanview residences at Honua Kai. Get swept away by the lovely Maui sky after folding away the glass doors and allowing the interior to blend seamlessly with the outdoors.
This residence affords a perfect opportunity to gather, reconnect, and celebrate. There is ample room to accommodate up to eight guests with a king-size bed in each bedroom, and one queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living area. For added flexibility, one of the king-size beds can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge.
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed gourmet chef's kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances and elegant granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance and utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients. The kitchen even features a built-in wine fridge for keeping your selections at the ideal temperature.
Enjoy your meals on the spacious 270 sq ft lanai or dine indoors in the climate-controlled air-conditioning. In addition, our commercial-grade Vitamix blender is well-suited to preparing creative libations and smoothies with fresh local produce.
The three full bathrooms are all elegantly appointed with the finest finishes. Both primary bathrooms feature dual granite vanities, separate glass showers and soaking tubs, and the guest bathroom features a glass shower and granite vanity.

The unit was in excellent condition as were the amenities and supplies. We did not have to buy anything other than our food items. The host was very responsive to questions that we had and check-in was simple, especially as we arrived after midnight.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Honua Kai and both times have been wonderful. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable, the pool area is great, and easy access to the beach. The staff is extremely helpful and quick to fulfill requests.

Our family of 6 stayed at this condo & it was beyond perfect for us all! The accommodations were luxurious & spacious. So clean & had all we needed to relax & enjoy our vacation. The views were amazing from the expansive lanai. Truly the location & amenities on site could not have been better also. We’ve been spoiled by Honua Kai Konea 649!!

Very pleased with the space in this 3 bdrm condo. Great layout with the kitchen and dining room table. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Short walk to the pools and ocean with great snorkeling! Looking forward to next time …
