Pros: We loved our stay at Covington Cottage! The kitchen was very clean and well-stocked with cookware. We LOVED sitting outside on back deck with the lights. Such a great house right on the beach-very cozy and old-school beachy with all the knotty-pine walls.
Cons: Downstairs hadn't been cleaned but we think the cleaners just forgot about the downstairs as you have to walk outside to go into the lower level. As soon as we called Elliot, a cleaner came quickly and did a thorough job. The bathtub downstairs didn't drain well and the upstairs was not thoroughly cleaned-maybe hadn't been cleaned thoroughly for a while. Fans were very dusty, glass tables weren't cleaned well, there was a hairball in the upstairs shower, and all the floor surfaces along the edges had a lot of dust bunnies/sand/dirt. The outside surfaces needed attention as well-dirty outdoor table downstairs and upstairs patio needed to be vacuumed/cleaned.
