Enjoy the comforts of a private suite in an occupied home with separate entrance and side yard. House is located in South Anchorage with views of the Chugach Mountains and Turnagain Arm. A 15-minute drive from the airport and immediate access to the Seward Highway to take you south to Girdwood or north to Denali, wherever your travel adventures take you. One bedroom with ¾ bath and a half kitchen with an induction countertop electric burner. Fresh Alaskan coffee in K-cup or beans to grind to suit your taste. Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. This lovely suite was perfect for us as we landed on the red-eye flight in Anchorage. It was a short drive. Great communication. The suite has all amenities needed. Very clean. Bed slept great. Shower has easy step in, hot water and my husband loved the big fluffy towels! The owner has a green thumb with beautiful flowers around the property. Our stay was in July. We would definitely stay again!!

We are locals from Seward Alaska and came to Anchorage for my husband's sleep apnea test. It is a lovely VRBO. Gorgeous flowers, lovely furnishings and all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend. The owner Alison has been amazing to work with. We will choose her place from now on if it is available.

This place is immaculate and very spacious. All the kitchen utensils you would need. Very quiet. Nicely landscaped with beautiful flowers. Easy access to everything. I highly recommend this place!!!
