This 25 m² studio is located in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, on rue Michel le Comte, in the heart of the Marais-Beaubourg district. It is located a few meters from the Center Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg) and the famous rue Rambuteau, a lively and very shopping street, with a metro station of the same name.
This very quiet home, on the ground floor, overlooking an interior garden, is composed as follows:

Perfect location. Kitchen just big enough to make a small meal (and grocery across the street!). Most comfortable bed ever.

A little jewell albeit modest in size and not fancy but very clean and comfortable. A perfect walkable location, easy access to metro, wonderful local bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Helpful and timely communication from the host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the pretty courtyard outside moved into spring blooms.

The host was extremely helpful. He entered all of our questions and he had the apartment looking very nice. Everything was clean and it had everything that we needed.
