About this house rental
Recently renovated private suite with separate entrance. Centrally located between Nashville and Franklin. Quiet street just 1 mile from beautiful walking trail. Easy access to I-65 and I-24 (3 miles).
The space
I worked with a local designer to make the suite feel welcoming and unique. I hope you feel at home and welcome any feedback for improving the space.
Guest access
Your suite is attached to the home, and you will have your own private entry via a door with an electronic entry code unique to each guest.

The whole suite is yours! It is attached to the main house but does not have access to the full home; the suite has a private entrance and it's own amenities. I'm always hoping to make the space as welcoming as possible. Please feel free to let me know what details you'd like to see.

Perfect little getaway for a quick trip to Nashville. The room was clean and stylish. The bathroom was spacious and the host is nice enough to provide a hair dryer. I thought it was really sweet to find the binder filled with tips & ideas for getting around the city but it seemed like some of the suggestions might be dated. At one point we did hear a dog whimpering on the other side of the wall but overall, it was an excellent experience and we would definitely return!

11/10 would stay here again next time I'm back in Nashville. Room was cozy and clean, in a nice quiet area - also a parking spot is a nice bonus. Host was pleasant and communicated effectively. Definitely recommend.

Great property in a nice, safe neighborhood. Amy was very easy to work with. The room was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend visiting her.

Love staying in this cozy and comfy haven. I loved the peace and quiet of coming from busy city, back to a restful sleep. We would definitely stay again!
