Located only a short near flat walk to Sunshine Beach Village and pristine patrolled beach, this home will tick all the boxes. The Space:
We are delighted to present this gorgeous Sunshine Beach home to you. This cosy bungalow has been lovingly renovated by the owners with maximum comfort and style in mind. The property itself is one of only 3 in the complex and it is tucked away at the rear. There is a private front gate which will lead you into a tropical private courtyard with own front door entrance. As soon as you walk through the door (there are a couple of steps) you are greeted by an open plan dining and living area with beautiful polished concrete floors, cosy leather couch and dining table. There is reverse cycle A/C as well as a radiator for the cooler winter months. There is also a smart TV in the lounge area. The renovated kitchen with all mod cons and breakfast bar is also in this area. The huge tropical private garden can be accessed from the lounge area.
The two spacious bedrooms are side by side with funky barn doors and ceiling fans. All linen and towels including beach towels are provided. The fully renovated bathroom and laundry area are located beside the bedrooms. The rear door leads you to an outdoor shower surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees. The shower can also be accessed via the front courtyard if you are salty and sandy after a day on the beach.

Located in Beautiful Sunshine beach this property is a short five min walk to the sunshine beach surf club, shops, Restaurants and cafe's.

NB - please note, whilst this is a ground floor property there are a couple of steps leading up to the front door.
Our gardener Andrew may attend to the gardens depending on your booking dates. He won’t need to access the house and won’t be in your way.
The garage is not for guest use however there is plenty of on street complimentary free parking for you :-)
