Upon entry, you are welcomed by elegant Italian floor tiles that set a sophisticated tone and guide you into a spacious, homely living area. This inviting space is appointed with comfortable lounge suites and flows effortlessly toward views of the sparkling inground pool. An adjacent second living area offers additional flexibility for relaxed family living or quiet retreat.
A statement 8-seater dining table anchors the main living space, perfect for entertaining in style. The kitchen combines warmth and functionality, featuring timber benchtops and quality appliances, including a five burner gas cooktop - ideal for the home chef.
Opening via French doors all areas benefit from the serene poolside vantage.
A beautiful air conditioned master bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a plush ensuite featuring twin vanities and a comfortable freestanding bath. Upstairs, with its raked ceilings and lush carpets are an additional two large air conditioned bedrooms, both with built in robes and one with semi-ensuite access to the main bathroom. An alcove serves as a second media area and ideal retreat for the children.

A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

We love this house and have stayed before. It’s in a great location and is a wonderful size and set up for a family. Unfortunately it does require some maintenance, all the windows on one side are out of order (and were last time we stayed 3 years ago) so they can’t be opened and there is some evident wood rot etc. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay in Sunshine Beach at this property with our family over the new year period. Overall it was an awesome experience and the Real Estate agents were fantastic to deal with.
The house was a little tired and didn’t match the photos on stayz with many things with notes on them being in repair and the pool and gardens were in some desperate need of attention. For the price over this time we were surprised it was so tired.

Loved this house and sunshine beach. Our party was made up of two young families. We were able to have one family in the upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs. Provides privacy and your own space, all with a central living / kitchen area and a pool. The undercover outdoor area that wraps around the pool is great for relaxing and providing shade. Best of all is the setting, the house has been sympathetically built into the landscape. I loved being in the pool and looking up to see palm trees towering above around the property.
Looking forward to coming back to sunshine beach and hopefully this house.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The space was amazing and the managers were very helpful with any queries we had (mainly about the pool!). The upstairs/downstairs layout of the bedrooms could allow for more than one family to stay comfortably and enjoy all the benefits of such a large house.
