On the main floor, you'll find a queen bedroom with a closet and hangers, and another queen bedroom with a dresser. A full bathroom features a shower/bathtub combination. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4-slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a standard fridge with freezer.
Gather for dinner in our dining room, which comfortably seats 10, with additional seating for 2 at the island. The spacious living room, featuring large windows with views of Lake Ontario, is ideal for sunset watching. Enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, equipped for your streaming apps.
The lower level features two queen bedrooms: one with a dresser and the other with a closet and hangers. A full bathroom includes a shower. This place exceeded our expectations. Grace was very quick to reply and always available for questions. The house was super clean when we got in and the views were AMAZING. I loved waking up every morning to sit by the water. Our group enjoyed the pool all weekend, a very relaxing stay for sure.

My twin sister and myself celebrated our 70th birthday here with 6 other siblings & spouses. We needed a location close enough, big enough, and the right layout for 80yr olds, with two of them having walking challenges. We had so much fun and laughter, meal preps, reminiscing past memories, and just being together. We didn’t need to go out anywhere, for meals or site seeing, as we grew up in Welland.Our ages ranged from 68-85years old. It was the perfect place for a family reunion.

We came. We saw. We rested! Fantastic stay. Very convenient to Niagara Falls but not all the hubbub. Falls, of course, a high- light. Wine tours and tastings fun. Possibility of pool, hot tub, short walks/hiking - engaging. Just. Resting! What can be better?

The Lakeview Villa Retreat was beautiful, spacious, and very clean! Communication with the host was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised with how well-stocked the home was with everything we needed to make meals for a large group of people. We will be recommending the Lakeview Villa Retreat to friends and family, and hope to stay here again soon!
