The Space:

You and your group with have a great time at our licensed vacation rental in St. Catharines, Ontario near Lake Ontario and Sunset Beach.



The main level of our home has a spacious and beautifully decorated living room. The main living room, dining area, and kitchen have an open concept layout. Our kitchen has a beautiful island and is equipped with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has everything you'll need for preparing and cooking meals during your stay.



Our home was built with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.



The primary bedroom has a king sized bed.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed.

The third bedroom has a queen sized bed.

And the fourth bedroom has 2 queen sized beds.



The lower level of our home also has a laundry room and a second living space with a Smart TV.



The backyard of our home can either be access from the front yard through a gate or through the lower level of the home. We have a large covered patio area with string lights hung throughout. The patio is set up with an outdoor dining table, outdoor furniture, and a propane BBQ grill. We also have a large fully fenced in backyard space with lots of grass for people to play games or hangout.

Our home is in an incredible location, in the north end of St. Catharines on the border of Niagara-on-the-Lake and all its wineries!



You will be close to Sunset Beach, with everything you need for your stay.

- Drive 10-15 minutes to all the major wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake

- 10 minute drive to the Niagara Outlet Collection



Getting Around:

Uber & Lyft are very popular in the Niagara area and would be your best bet if you don't have a vehicle. There is a bus stop nearby as well.



We recommend having a vehicle for exploring St. Catharines and the rest of Niagara.



We are walking distance to Lake Ontario and Sunset Beach.

For the fastest response time, the best form of communication is through the Airbnb chat platform as we have multiple eyes on it. We can also be reached by call or text for emergencies only.



There is a security camera at the front and back of the house to monitor for intruders, animals, and guest numbers.



There are noise sensors installed inside and outside of the property. This is to ensure the noise level is kept appropriate as this is a quiet residential neighbourhood.



There is an extra guest fee applied to all bookings with 6 or more guests ($25 per guest, per night).
