Set on beautiful Cypress Bayou in Benton, LA for travelers to the Benton, Bossier/ Barksdale, Shreveport surrounding area. This home offers accommodations for up to 9 and boasts Cypress lake views from the patio. We have a huge patio that overlooks the property & the lake that's perfect for entertaining and grilling. Fenced yard with swing set for kids. You will have a gate away of a lifetime experience. 2 to 3 miles to Saint Terre wedding venue. Almost 2500 square feet of lavishly appointed living space, this terrific water-front home can comfortably sleep 9 guests and provides a peaceful setting for your next lakeside retreat with family or friends. 2 other travelers are welcome to stay if they provide their own air mattress.
All types of boats are welcomed. The lake is big enough to ski, wakeboard, tube or Yolo Board
Swimming is allowed but there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Great for fishing.
Cypress lake public boat dock and launch is only few houses down the road . You can launch boats at the public boat launch. If you are interested in fishing trips at lakes across North Louisiana and East Texas to book a trip ask me I can give you contact information.

Master Bedroom: King Bed with garden tub, standing shower, his & her vanities and huge walking closet. Balcony with beautiful lake view. You wake up and from your bed you can see lake view. It's absolutely beautiful.

One item that was important was hot water. With six adults getting ready for a wedding, we never ran out. The house is clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake.

Main level of home has lots of space to gather and talk. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs. Sofabed available on main level along with half bath. Everything was as expected. Thank you.

The house was very conveniently located with beautiful lake views. Even though it’s located close to a busy street, the road noise was minimal if any. Parking is limited. Not having a pier or being able to tie a boat up at the house was a little inconvenient but we knew that was the case going in. Our family had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and even basic spices. The advertised second refrigerator in the garage was not functional (not even after we plugged it in) but the one in the kitchen was a decent size. We just put drinks in a cooler. There was lots of clutter in the garage (non functioning appliances, etc). The beds were clean and comfortable. You’ll need to bring your own paper towels and dish and laundry soap. No toiletries like shampoo or body wash are included. Not a problem but different hosts do or don’t provide these things and I wish that was included in the listings. The WiFi is spotty which made watching our favorite football games difficult since the television is internet based but I don’t know if high speed internet is available at the lake. The hostess was very responsive.
