***This home is on a Lake with a damn, extreme levels do affect the launching of a boat. Fluctuating levels are beyond our control and extremely low levels do not allow launching at the boat launch located on the property. When water levels are low there is another boat launch less than a mile down the road to launch your boat during your stay

Overall the house was clean and provided what we needed for an extended weekend on the lake, but had a couple of issues that need to be addressed. The worst being the sewer sprinkler system is located right by the back deck and would go off every hour or so in the afternoons / evenings, the smell was so bad that it forced us to go inside. Also, the plywood patch work screwed down over a couple spots of soft/rotten flooring in the house did not impress, it actually prevented a bedroom door to not open locking that person in. I did remove that piece of plywood to prevent any future issues.
