Questa villa è composta da due appartamenti. Si entra nell'appartamento al piano terra nella grande cucina con un ampio tavolo, un divano e l'angolo cottura (con forno, piano cottura a gas a 4 fuochi, lavastoviglie e tanto spazio per riporre e lavorare). Sempre al piano terra si trovano le due camere matrimoniali che condividono un bagno con vasca e doccia nella vasca. Questo appartamento al piano terra può ospitare 4 persone.Il primo piano è raggiungibile con una scala esterna. Si entra in cucina con l'area salotto. La cucina è semplice ma ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore, forno e piano cottura a gas a 4 fuochi. Ci sono 3 camere da letto che condividono un bagno con doccia. Due camere da letto sono doppie e la terza è singola. Questo appartamento può ospitare 5 persone. Great villa split over two separate floors. Pool was perfect and cleaned daily. Great location close to montone with Perugia Arezzo and gubbio not far.

We had a good time at the agriturismo, the house really gives a flavor of a typical house in tuscany and the pizza oven was great. We had some problems with the pool but the agency was absolutely great in finding a solution for us.

It is a beautiful property with a very well maintained pool. It's remote and elevated location guarantee an enjoyable time and even some protection from extensive heat. We had a very good experience and can recommend this location.

Homey vaca for nearby wedding at Agriturismo Il Poggio for our 8 person gathering! Well furnished with excellent communication by owner and local caretakers!!
