Renovated in July 2022, located in Deer Ridge Resort. Check-in: 4 pm EST, Check-out: 10 am EST.
Enjoy indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room year-round, with access to 3 outdoor pools (open Memorial Day - Labor Day). Other amenities include Playground, Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Ping Pong Table, Sun bathing Deck and Walking Trail....all only steps from the condo.
Welcome to the quaint village of Cobbly Nob! Located just outside of Gatlinburg, it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to enjoy it all - Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Downtown Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Rocky Top Sports World, Anakeesta, Pigeon Forge and so much more!

The condo was completely renovated in July 2022 – butcher block countertops, all new furnishings, new shower, wood burning fireplace, 2 flat screen TVs, puzzles and games for the family and much more!

Please note: access to this lower-level unit requires descending 6 steps to a landing, then an additional 6 steps. The condo is about 650 total square feet.
There are several outdoor charcoal grills spread through the resort property for your use. Personal grills and gas grills are not allowed (due to forest fire concerns).
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included with the property, daily maid service is not available. We do provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and 2 K Cups. There is a coin operated laundry on site.
Please note: mountain roads can be challenging, especially in inclement weather. While well-maintained, four-wheel drive is recommended during adverse conditions.

This condo is all it claims to be. I spent hours on the balcony watching the change as clouds and conditions developed. Just me and my wife, so there was plenty of room. Very well furnished with some personal touches that made us feel very welcomed. I look forward to staying there again the next time I am passing through the area. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but it was available and well maintained. We also saw bears and other wildlife from the balcony.

The condo was perfect for a quiet spot to land each day after hiking and exploring the Great Smoky National Park. I was able to take in beautiful sunsets each evening and listen to birds from the balcony. The host was very responsive to messaging and everything was easy to manage while traveling.

Interesting road but beautiful views. Including a momma bear and 2 cubs below the balcony on the trail. So cute!

Great place overall. We had a nice stay. Some suggestions to make a visit 5 stars- upgrade some items like the couch, towels, and soap. These were very cheap- couldn’t enjoy sitting on the couch because it was so uncomfortable. The porch chairs were bistro chairs and too high. Also, I understand having set limits on the thermostat but we were very warm at night. 68 AC was not low enough for us, and it would set a timer and not run that cool for long. Even 66 or 67 would make a difference. But overall great stay and beautiful views.
