It was beautiful! We’ve been to Gatlinburg many times and we love it but this was the best view we’ve had! The property was clean and taken care of! We saw a mama bear and 2 cubs in the yard as soon as we got there! So cool! They were very close to us. We went upstairs to not bother and just watched them.
This is not a deal breaker (we would love to stay again in the future!) but if I’m being honest, the water pressure was low in the shower and the beds were not comfortable. The king was extremely hard and the other just wasn’t either. I think the problem with it was more the thick plastic like mattress cover on it. Which I do get cuz I strip beds searching for bugs before staying anywhere. Also a bear messed up a vehicle pretty bad our first night staying. My husband caught it in the act and he bout had a heart attack cuz he didn’t see the bear at first. He ran back up stairs and recorded it but the car was ruined already. It was trying to get in all the cards thank GOD I left no food or drink in my brand new car!! It did get on the back of my husbands truck after a sofa bottle and rubbed all down the side trying to get in his truck. Left stinky mud all over it lol but could’ve been worse! The other cars window was busted out and seats ruined! Still the coolest stay tho! TAKE ALL FOOD/DRINK OUT YOUR CAR!! 🐻

The location & the decorations ! It was clean!
The hot tub was nice , having seats outside of the pool for the view.
Only one bathroom.
