This is our second time on vacation, and our experiences in two different houses have been great. The house is very clean and we really appreciate having a lot of kitchen utensils and stuff because we love to cook. We love the place so quiet and peaceful, and one of our favorite place to hangout is the deck by the water. We love to spend time drinking coffee and grilling while listening good music . This would not be our last stay here because we’re planning to book again next yeat with our family/friends .❤️❤️

This property has a great location and sits on a nice piece of property. The house is well equipped with linens and utensils in the kitchen. Boat dock is excellent. The air conditioning system is very poorly balanced. It is freezing in the back bedrooms and 5 to 10 degrees warmer in the side facing the lake. There were roaches present. While common for lake side property it was obvious that pest control was not in place. Whoever set up the TV, configured it so it was confusing and needlessly difficult to use. Some of the toilet seats were uncomfortably loose and moved around too much. Some of the inside furniture could be fresher. FYI, see below... I am from Lakeway not Dripping Springs
