Luxuriously styled with designer finishes and furnishings that include: 52" Flat screen TV in Living Room; SubZero refrigerator and freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, cook top and oven, double faucet deep kitchen sink, walk-in pantry all styled around luscious Italian marble countertops and seating for 4 at the bar.
Bizzaza wall tiles, Italian marble flooring, designer sinks and faucets are for your enjoyment in both full bathrooms. The 2 person double head glass frameless shower is finished with river rock flooring and a separate water closet.
The primary bedroom offers a King bed and the second bedroom offers 2 Twin beds, accommodating 4 guests total.
WiFi throughout and 2 reserved parking spaces just outside the front entry, simply add to the perfect beach get-away.
Private pool and sumptuous pool deck is fully outfitted with ample lounges, tables and chairs. The beautiful “heated” Pool is for the exclusive use of only 14 residents of the complex. You'll feel like it's your own private Villa!
The all glass doors open to the Gulf to view that enhances your tranquil stay in this small 14 unit complex that sits 50 feet from the beach. This place is well sought after when you want to come and stay to enjoy an entire month-long vacation getaway from it all! This beautiful landscape and lush gardens are sure to enjoy a walk in the morning or just at sunset. Very well maintained and all for our guests to take in.
Full washer and dryer are located inside the unit for convenience so you can pack lightly and don't have to leave the comforts of this condo.
