Comfortable and cozy beachfront condo available in Redington Beach!
The all glass doors open to the Gulf to view that enhances your tranquil stay in this small 14 unit complex that sits 50 feet from the beach. This place is well sought after when you want to come and stay to enjoy an entire month-long vacation getaway from it all! This beautiful landscape and lush gardens are sure to enjoy a walk in the morning or just at sunset. Very well maintained and all for our guests to take in.
The primary bedroom offers a King bed and has a luxurious and relaxing shower.
The second bedroom offers 2 Twin beds, accommodating 4 guests total. Second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen. Dining area accommodates 4 guests. Living room is comfortable and has views of the Gulf, walk out the sliders and you are steps from the beach!
Private pool and sumptuous pool deck is fully outfitted with ample lounges, tables and chairs. The beautiful “heated” Pool is for the exclusive use of only 14 residents of the complex. You'll feel like it's your own private Villa!
Full washer and dryer are located inside the unit for convenience so you can pack lightly and don't have to leave the comforts of this condo.

HOA will require an internal background check for each reservation.
- A lease from the HOA is required in addition to the contract to grant access.
No pets allowed in this property, no exceptions!
This is a monthly rental only.
This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed.
Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).
AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Loved staying at Seascape, walking distance to liquor store, pizza joint, brunch, and a nice place for lunch/dinner. Mona was wonderful to text back and forth, originally had tv issues where the tv in the living room wasn't working (missing remote, and no roku stick). Once we got that rectified my toddler was a happy camper! Walking distance to the beach made for easy back and forths throughout the day. Will likely stay here again!
