There's road construction right out front, but it isn't too bothersome. The house is huge with lots of character. Has all the amenities you would expect and then some. The host is very responsive.

This property is aptly named - urban farm house. Conveniently located minutes from downtown, it was close to shopping - a store just around the corner has the most extensive international offerings I have seen in some time. The house itself reminds me of my grandmother's house, full of rustic charm, with painted pine flooring and 10 inch baseboards. temperature is well-controlled. The owner/manager was quick to respond to questions and issues throughout our visit. Will likely return.

House was fine and as listed. With the construction on the street right in front of the house don't plan on sleeping after 7am. also makes the house difficult to find if you don't know the aera.
