Our condominium features a unique and convenient location, one of the best in the entire complex with very few steps, and shaded parking. The extra bedroom areas have a fold-out sofa-sleeper and a hide-a-bed. Sleeping arrangements for 2 additional beds if needed.
The main living room is open and great for relaxing, listening to music, or planning your next day of snorkeling, hiking or dining. Once here, relax and enjoy the Big Island. This well designed condo has a separate dining room and central bar with a large counter area. Enjoy the spacious Lanai; superb for outdoor dining, also has a gas BBQ grill.
* 2nd bedroom area is fully furnished (minus partition wall) and away from the main living area. Master Bedroom and 2ndary sleeping areas feature larger privacy windows, garden views with ample room.

The condo was stocked with everything we could have needed. Watching the sunsets from the lanai every evening was the best part. Communication with Stan was great and easy. He was very helpful to help us plan our trip and answer any inquiries during our stay.
The listing does mention there is two double sofa beds and one double bed but there are only two double sofa beds. They aren’t the comfiest beds, but it did the trick for our vacation.
We were glad we read the other reviews and brought ear plugs with us… those frogs are REALLY loud.
Overall, we really enjoy staying here, Stan was a pleasure to deal with and we would stay again.

keep in mind most condos in Kona are older. This is no exception. But, It is well maintained. We had a pleasant stay except for road noise. It was hot and humid during early November 2023. We had to keep windows open all night for it to cool off. Road noise from Alii Highway was excessive in our mind. Great location to access Keauhou Bay.

One of the best locations on the island for snorkeling. 2Step is nearby. If you are lookin Goff a beach for the kids with sand, Magic Sands is also near. Shopping center with a grocery store is also nearby. The owner is extremely responsive. There are Beach chairs and other items needed for play. All in all a great time.

Keauhou is a great area to stay. Very convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and the pool is great.
The lanai makes this rental amazing. Coffee in the morning with a view and sunset viewing at night. Just wonderful.
Our property manager, Steve, was the best. I have never had a better manager than him. Made our stay very easy.
