Our stay at Ponto was fantastic! The cleanliness was top-notch, which made for a really comfortable and relaxing vacation. Betty, the owner, was incredibly responsive and always kept in touch, making sure everything was going smoothly. It truly made for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend!

Not well stocked. Needed to buy glassware, paper towels, cleaning supplies, dish cloths. Screen doors leading to terrace were permanently off their tracks and ripped. Curtain in master bedroom had to be fixed, wouldn't raise.
Halfway through our stay we hired a cleaning woman who really made a difference. Unfortunately she had no access to any cleaning supplies.
One thing that could make a difference is allowing the use of the outdoor shade for the deck. It was in direct sunlight most of the afternoon.
Beautiful pools and beach!
