About this apartment rental
A beautiful, comfortable, and very airy apartment with stunning views of the bay thanks to its high elevation; we really enjoy it whenever we stay there—it’s a lovely and relaxing experience. The complex we’re staying in is modern and secure.
Accommodation
The apartment is clean, tidy, and sanitized using recommended cleaning products such as bleach, Lysol, Sanitol, and alcohol, and the towels and bedding are washed.
It features Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
We welcome you with a complimentary drink left in the refrigerator or on the kitchen counter 😍
Other highlights
This apartment has excellent natural ventilation; you can hear the sound of the ocean and feel the breeze cooling the space. We recommend opening the balcony, windows, and laundry room door to let the breeze flow throughout the interior; also, if you want to naturally cool the entire apartment, you can open the windows and doors in the bedrooms, which have magnets that hold them against the wall—otherwise, they’ll slam shut due to air pressure if not secured to the walls.
It is important that guests keep the apartment clean and return it with clean dishes, plates, pots, pans, etc. We also appreciate it if you water the small plants so they don’t dry out.
We do not recommend drying towels on the wooden furniture on the balcony, as they will become stained with a reddish color. There is a clothesline in the laundry room and shower area, since the condominium rules, which prioritize aesthetics, do not allow us to hang towels on the balcony railing.
Check the position of the shower faucet in the bathroom before using it, as the shower will leak if it is not left in the same position. The faucet should be set to the center position and tilted slightly upward.
Although this apartment is recommended for 6 people—as it has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms—we can accommodate up to 8 people for an additional fee.
It is very important to note that only the number of people registered as guests may stay in the apartment and use the complex’s common areas, as the condominium rules do not allow visitors.
The bathrooms are located as follows: one in the apartment hallway and the second bathroom inside the back bedroom.
The apartment has air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, and another bedroom has a cooler.
In the kitchen, we like to leave a small jar of coffee, sugar, oil, salt, a jug of drinking water, a bottle of wine or beer, and sodas depending on the season so that when you arrive, you can enjoy a delicious drink.
