we stayed in Vincentia for a 4 night stay
nice enough place to stay
clean and comfortable, plenty of space, good sized living area/ dining and kitchen
nice deck, we had the opportunity to have dinner on the deck 1 night which was nice
close to the white sands walk and beach side walks
easy access to Vincentia shops
be mindful that it is on a main road, there is a little bit of road traffic noise in the bedroom in the morning
we encountered quite a bad smell in the upstairs living area each afternoon when we returned from a day out. it took a fair bit of airing out each day

The home was beautiful and well kept, and the location was perfect. We had an issue with not having any hot water at 8pm for our showers on the first night, but it was fine the second night which was a relief.

Check in process was easy. Property is well maintained and clean. We loved the board games and TV options as we had a couple of rainy days. Lovely view of the ocean. Nice place to stay.

I chose property specifically because there was a spa bath in the photos but there is no spa bath!I didn’t realise that area of Jervis bay is quite suburban so wouldn’t stay in that area again.
