Excellent a place for us to spend this weekend in College Station for a friends birthday celebration. Their homes was a couple of blocks away. Great place to stay for anything going on at A&M. The space was so nice and inviting. Bedroom was so cozy met all our requirements. Amber thanks for being such a gracious and attentive hostess.

Location is good, a long walk, but within walking distance to campus & easy drive to anywhere else you want to go. It is very small (as expected) and has very poor lighting. If a woman is staying here, bring a lighted makeup mirror! It is not the cleanest place either…the outside of my velvet makeup bag was covered in dust just from setting it on the desk in the bedroom. And some of the white towels in the bathroom were either dirty or stained/discolored. For the extremely high rental rate, it should be very clean. I would not stay here again.
