The 50 Yard Line is called such as it halfway between everything College Station has to offer...at one end zone is the campus, at the other end zone is the grocery store & several restaurants. Less than 2 miles from Kyle Field, the 50 Yard Line is close to all landmarks in Aggieland. A quiet, clean & newly renovated condo owned by an Aggie family with 3 daughters at A&M, this "home away from home" is created with intentness to detail, attention to amenities & a flair for the Aggie tradition.
The space
The 50 Yard Line has a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, television, walk-in closet and a bath with a separate toilet and walk-in shower. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and big screen television. The fully-stocked kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee bar. With its own washer and dryer, guests do not have to leave the condo to do laundry. A small, attached patio provides plenty of light and accessibility to the outdoors. In addition, guests have full access to a large pool which has an attached dog park (you can swim while your dog plays) and lovely walking paths you can enjoy with your dog or human companion.

This was the perfect place to stay after our daughter had surgery this week and needed to get out of the dorm. It was so quiet the whole time. It was very clean, loved the extra touches like shampoo, ice maker, and wheelchair friendly. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, coffee and creamer options and nice A&M decor. Our favorite part was the Aggie trivia book, which we enjoyed doing as a family since we have a freshman. The property owners were so accommodating, empathetic and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Our dog also loved the patio

This cute little condo was just what we needed for our short stay in College Station. Easy walk from the parking lot, never too crowded, the complex was quiet and felt safe. The condo was cool and beautiful from the moment we stepped inside, has just about everything you could think of already provided, comfortable bed, great shower, kitchen has everything you need, ice machine, keurig stocked with coffee. It also has a washer and dryer, but we did not need it for our trip. We did not go to the pool, but it looked like a nice pool and was very quiet and not crowded when we walked over. I would stay here again for any trip back to college station. Thank you for such a great stay!
