About this apartment rental
The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a large well lit studio with a living room. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun.
The space
Apt 3B is a studio unit on the third floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a full size bed, a Futon full sized fold out bed and a fold down couch bed. There is a small changing room with an office desk and a bathroom. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door. Each unit has its own heat pump and thermostat.
Guest access
The third floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The boat docks are in across the street. The "Dog" bar/ restaurant is open in summer.
Other things to note
There is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible. Sorry, no pets.

The location was very convenient and the apartment was clean and roomy and comfortable.
The only thing that was missing was a sponge to hand wash dishes.
