The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a comfortable well lit studio. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun.

Apt 2A is a studio unit on the second floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a fold down couch bed and a pull out twin size bed. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door.
Guest access
The floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The boat docks are across the street. The "Dog" bar/ restaurant is open in summer. Sorry, no pets.
Other things to note
There is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible.

The efficiency was clean and in proper working order. Access to the building was simple. Paul communicated with us prior to our check in. Would recommend and would stay again.

The kitchen was spotless! Bathroom was very close - I swept the hard corners and around the john. The bed was comfortable. The baseboards behind some furniture could use a good cleaning. The armoire provided very few hangers and the extra bedding/pillow were thrown in with no room for hanging. Loved the AC. Needs more lighting/lamps. Location is good. Other guests were a bit loud - feet and door slamming. Loved the keyless entry for both the building and apartment. Thank you for making everything so easy!
