With the Quartier L (= Loschwitz) we offer you a spacious, bright (south-west side) and very modern apartment (very nice living and dining area; 2 separate sleeping areas; individual furniture; overall design color concept; lights and accessories; large open individual kitchen with a view in the garden area; independent access to your living / outdoor area with terrace; parasol; bicycle stand available; LAN connection at no additional cost; baby cot and high chair; toys and games; entertainment television; key delivery via key safe; access code after booking / payment by email; underfloor heating in all rooms and with the latest energy standard) in an architect's house completed in early 2010.
We are located in the attractive district of Dresden Loschwitz, 3 minutes by car from the Blauen Wunder, the Körnerplatz with the funicular and suspension railway and 10 minutes from Pillnitz.

Great location with good restaurants nearby without having to drive into Dresden. Quiet residential area. Very spacious. Had everything we needed! Very clean and modern.
