Located close to everything you need. Only down side had to park across street. Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony!

Pretty dated. They gave it a spit shine and its ok. The shower was very loud in my bath making a loud squealing noise that was not pleasant. . The lights on my kids was was very old and the corn was brittle and was sparking. Son tried to pull the cord out and the wire broke leaving the cord in the wall. I was able to remove the plug. It kicked a breaker and the property management told me to "find the breaker". The parking for this place sucks. Its not across the street from the unit ... This is a paid parking and i got ticketed. Its actually a block away. Not great for loading and unloading. Overall it was OK.
