Pros: great beach spot, master bedroom has sliding door to beachfront terrace. There was an issue with the AC not working and it was promptly fixed. Cons: you could tell it was cleaned but there was a pile of dusty debris on the countertop in the kitchen. My feet turned black from walking around barefoot. Dust bunnies and the shower curtain had black mildew spots at the bottom. The secondary bedroom was listed as having two Queen beds. It has two single / twin size beds. One of the beds had a headboard previously installed into the wall but it was coming out and not attached properly. Whenever you move in the bed, it would bang against the wall (further waking you up). Overall it was good enough but could use updating.
