All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

When visiting Savannah with a large group, book a stay at Madison Square Manor to enjoy a quintessential Southern experience. Situated in the heart of the city's sprawling Historic District, Madison Square Manor is a well-preserved, three-story home that epitomizes southern grace and hospitality. At the same time, its modern features and fixtures lend it the convenience and comfort of an upscale urban townhouse. About the Property
By booking the entire Madison Square Manor, you enjoy full access to the three-story home and all its features, including the basement-level garden apartment unit. The property includes a vast kitchen with modern appliances on the main floor; a second, smaller kitchen is located on the third-floor suite, providing extra convenience and flexibility. The main house includes four full bedrooms, one partial bedroom and four full bathrooms. The garden unit, which sleeps four, includes one full queen bedroom, two full bathrooms and one partial bedroom with a Murphy bed.
You and your guests will love being ensconced in the elegant trappings of Madison Square Manor, which make you feel like you've been whisked away to a bygone era. The parlor-like feel of the home is a constant reminder that you're in the South. Located at 19 Silver Avenue on Tybee Island, the pool is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday from March 1st through October. From November 1st through February 28th, the pool is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Location was very good! Many shops within a 10 min walk. The house was extremely spacious and clean! We had 11 people and the room setup was perfect. Ubers were easy to get when needed, but you can walk almost anywhere. Huge dining room table, enough seating in living rooms, perfect for large groups to be together the entire time. We would recommend to anyone visiting Savannah with a large group!
