The location couldn’t have been any better!! Everything is walkable. The space is large and has plenty of room for everyone. The keyless entry was awesome.

The beds were a bit too firm for us, the air conditioning kept up fairly well but could have been a little cooler. Makeup towels need to be deodorized.

We had a wonderful experience

convenient to local attractions, rooms were spacious except for the twin bedroom. Very close to River street and to free local transportation

The king size bed being so high which would need a stool to get in. Identification on the door indicating which unit was ours. Some of the floor boards near the sink were very loose.

Great location, spacious social space and kitchen, responsive management, not accessible

* The location of this property is terrific - an easy walk to the river and to the historic district. * There is a lot of social space, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and en suites in three of the five bedrooms. The downstairs bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. * Everything was clean and we had enough linens. The bathrooms and showers were very good, and having a half-bath with toilet off the social space was very handy. * Because of the number of people the house can hold, it was very convenient to have door codes rather than a key for entrance. * The WiFi was dependable.

* This property is not accessible - you need to go up a set of wide steps from the street to get in the front door and although at street level there are two doors that oddly lead directly into two different bedrooms (one at street level and one through the back door from the parking area), the only way to get from the three bedrooms at street level to the main level with the rest of the facilities and the other two bedrooms is by an extremely narrow metal spiral staircase. * The three bedrooms downstairs have large beds with en suite bedrooms. However, for the two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom, one holds a twin bed with a pull-out trundle bed and the other holds a double bed with a pull-out trundle bed. The trundle beds seemed not really practical except possibly for children, and in one bedroom it would be nearly impossible to get out of the regular bed without stepping on the trundle bed. Therefore, depending on the relationships between the people in your group, the property might not sleep as many people as you might think. * One of the downstairs bedrooms has windows directly onto the street and we had some traffic noise and headlights.

Well supplied spacious rental close to everything

Very spacious , beds comfy, parking is good. Plenty of linens and the kitchen is very well equipped. Property is close to restaurants sights and tours.

We didn't care for the spiral staircase. We are older ladies ages 69 thru 72. I'm sure that is easier for the younger folks.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

The location was great. it had 5 large bathrooms. that’s it.

Beds are misrepresented. This place will only sleep 9!! I specifically emailed to get the bed configuration. I was told trundles were not in the bed count. they were and were filthy. plus there were no sheets for them and not enough room to pull them out. Definitely will not sleep 12 adults. Several queen beds are not true queens. they are large day beds. Not cleaned before our arrival and not enough towels or pillows. No blankets at all. . Don’t even get me started on that death trap -spiral stair case. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS. Called and spoke to property manager and he was rude & disputed the truth.

Passable

The only plus is that it’s walking distance to most of Savannah tourist sites and restaurants. But I believe we could have found something better.

House was advertised 9 Beds, however there was only 5 with one of the beds being a pull out ottoman, one being a trundle attached to a twin bed with no sheets and I pull out sofa and day sofa bed with no leg room. Towels and linens had brown stains , so we didn’t trust them and glad we had brought our own. We paid a $200 cleaning fee but didn’t get clean. Had to wear socks to keep grit off our feet from the floors. The master bedroom was the most comfortable and the two rooms next to it. My grown sons kept injuring their knees on the very narrow spiral iron stair case that lead to the upstairs family room and kitchen.
