Great communication, easy check in and not a huge list of asks upon check out. Central location to everything we wanted to go see. A favorite was the fresh grapefruit for breakfast from the tree right in the front yard. Definitely recommend! Would have loved a late check out but understandably this place will be booked back to back. Thank you for a great stay

This is the best stay in Phoenix. It's in one of the nicest neighborhoods, had great walkability, perfect location to get to Phoenix/Scottsdale restaurants, and the house was extremely comfortable and clean.

We stayed for 1 week in early April with 4 adults and 1 kid (5 year old). The house was perfect size for us. My son loved the pool and it was perfect temperature with the heater. The grounds were beautiful with shade from the trees and other greenery. We appreciated the access to laundry with laundry detergent (a plus when traveling). The house is a short drive from old Scottsdale. Communication with the owner/management company was quick too. We loved our stay in Arizona!
