About this cottage rental
You will be close to everything when you stay at LakeWay Retreat. Conveniently located in downtown Sullivan, 4 minutes from Lake Sullivan, 4 minutes from US Highway 41, and within a short walking distance to the many great local restaurants. Also, centrally located from the many Fish and Wildlife/Recreation areas nearby. Great location for those that enjoy boating, fishing, hunting, off-roading, bird watching, or small-town shopping. Boat and trailer parking available and our Bait Shop is next door!
We have all of the essentials of home. The entire place is NEW. Water softener and brand new bathroom with large shower. Make yourself at home with our stocked kitchen with pots & pans, plates, bowls, silverware, paper plates, cups, wine glasses, beer mugs, cooking utensils, etc. Enjoy your morning coffee with our Keurig with k-cups, creamer, and sweetener. Complementary bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, Q-tips, etc. Relax with one of our cozy throws while watching Cable TV in the living room and bedroom with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. High-speed WiFi provided and the bar area can double as a central work space. Don’t feel like cooking? Don’t worry, Dairy Queen, China Wok, and Joe’s Pizza are steps away!
