Place was clean and decent for a short trip. The host was very kind and helpful. The only bathroom is through the master bedroom so that makes it a bit difficult when you’re staying with multiple people. The roll out twin bed seemed a bit dodgy so my brother slept on the couch but that wasn’t a problem.

The property is in excellent condition. It’s simple but well done. I enjoyed the stay and found the entire experience to be very good. I will consider staying here again.

Had a good stay here. The host was great and easy to get in touch with. Good communication. Nice little property that’s close to Universal Studios and Griffith Park. Love that there’s a full kitchen and private parking. Solid option for the whole family at the same price (or less!) as being crammed into a hotel room. Thanks!!

Jomel was very responsive & answered most texts promptly- The biggest surprise was that the second half bath(which was why we chose this listing) was actually located outside in the backyard! The screen door was extremely loud so that people sleeping in the house were awakened if you went out to use that bathroom The full bath is an en-suite so it wasn’t suitable for us to go into that bathroom- There were only two coffee mugs & one was so badly chipped that no one wanted to use it - As others have stated the plumbing is quite loud & the house isn’t soundproofed for that - The location is surprisingly quiet & we were there on a holiday weekend- It wouldn’t have taken much to elevate this property for a 5 star(like a mirror in the 2nd bedroom, outlets close to a bed so you had access to charge your devices) It suited our purpose, the beds were good & LOVED the off street parking!
