Welcome to your retreat vacation home! Nestled in the heart of Burbank, our home is just minutes away from major studios, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Explore nearby attractions like Warner Bros. Studio Tour, Universal Studios, Hollywood & Griffith Park. This is a perfect location to visit LA, a short drive to most of the LA attractions. Whether you visit LA, visit family, or here for business, you can't go wrong with this house. You will find yourself very comfortable.

The house features two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds and ample storage. The inviting living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or meetings, with plush seating and a flat-screen TV.
Well-Equipped Kitchen
Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy your culinary creations in the adjacent dining area, offering a cozy space for family meals.
Outdoor Enjoyment
Take advantage of the beautiful California weather in the private backyard. Whether you want to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, the outdoor space provides a tranquil setting for relaxation.
We have a giant chessboard for you to enjoy, too.

- We are not refilling gas BBQ grills, so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our housekeeper no longer doing this.

Host was welcoming. The 35 extra charge for the request of 1hr ( check out at Noon) instead of 11am since our flight was pushed back an hr seemed not accommodating. We left the property as good as we found it. The windows need new blinds as many are broken. The toilet is not always flushing. The lack of hand towels.and wash clothes is challenging and would not create a need for extra water. The paper used is a lot without kitchen towels as well. Otherwise the property is well kept and convenient. Thank you.
