About this house rental
The house is located a few meters from the main square of the village of Guardiabruna and has two carbarili accesses, two pedestrian and the possibility of leaving the car inside the property.
The accommodation has: a large entrance; a dining / kitchen area; a spacious room with a double bed and a bunk bed; a second double bedroom; possibility of accommodating small children as it is equipped with a cot, cradle, rocking chair, changing table and high chair; a study / relaxation room with sofa, tv computer, xbox; a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath, shower and washing machine; a room used as a drying rack and pantry.
Guests have the opportunity to use the large private garden for barbecues.
My structure is ideal for families with small children, couples and singles looking for relaxation, silence and nature but also for stops on business trips or for groups of friends as it is spacious, comfortable and equipped.
In the kitchen you will find the necessary for breakfast, in particular milk, coffee, tea, chamomile, water, biscuits, croissants, nutella and jam.

This home is at the very top of a mountain with scenic views all around. If you are willing to drive, you can visit many surrounding Italian mountain towns full of beauty and history. The people of the town two were friendly and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is there isn’t anywhere to eat so be prepared to travel to a surrounding location for dinner. Overall a great experience!
