The accommodation / The house

A large, richly decorated period house located in the historic center of Archi (CH). On one side the town center, while on the other a long balcony overlooking the valleys of Sangro and Aventino and the mighty Majella with a breathtaking view. The house is on two levels, on the ground floor the living area and a bedroom with bathroom, while on the first floor there are two rooms, each with its own bathroom.
20 minutes from the Adriatic coast and an hour from the top of the Majella. Tranquility, friendly people, reasonable prices make it an ideal destination for families and groups of friends.

The house has two stores, at the ground floor and the double room with private toilet.
Only 20 mins from the seaside (Adriatic Riviera) and one hour from the top of the Majella mountains with dozens of trekking paths.

On the ground floor: full kitchen with dining area and balcony, living room with sofa bed (one and a half square) and a double bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor two bedrooms each with a private bathroom. One with a double bed and the second with two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed.

The house is independent, Mrs. Serafina will be present for the delivery of the keys and to show you the house, after which you are free to use it and relax.

Other things to highlight / More things to know

Kitchen complete with crockery and fridge, washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included.
Parking space in front of the house (one place) and parking in the square 100m from the accommodation.
Heating and air conditioning are available only on the ground floor, so in winter only this area can be used (max 4 persons - one bedroom + sofa bed in the living room).
During the summer months (July-August), the Municipality can suspend the supply of water at night (22. 00-06. 00)

Kitchen is fully furnished with dishes and tableware. Washing machine is present. Sheets and towels are provided.
Parking slot in front of the house, 100m from the house.
Heating and air conditioning are only available at the ground floor, so during winter time it is usable only this area (4 ppl maximum: one double room + sofa bed)
During summer months (July-August) the Municipality can suspend the water supply at night time (h: 22.00am-06.00pm).
