Enjoy its spacious living area, gourmet kitchen, and a built-in bar for entertaining. Option 1: Damage Waiver ($65) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3,000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$10/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($2,500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:

The host was great at communicating to prepare us for our stay. It was comfortable for our family of 14, from baby to grandparents. We enjoyed the pickle ball court to the play ground to the spacious comfortable kitchen/family/dining rooms. We would love to come back when it’s warmer as well!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin, we are a large family with wide age range. There is a lot to do for all the ages. The play set outside needs an overhaul, it has been well loved. The pickleball/basketball courts where SO fun!! It did get a little warm upstairs and the a/c didn't keep up, the bedrooms were a bit warm at night on our July trip. The property managers were very attentive and helpful with questions that came up. We will book this cabin again.
